Is there something wrong with her?
My friend I watched this movie called Manhunters on the weekend. It was a cheesy action movie about a group of guys who abducted teenage girls and sold them into white slavery. Of course the girls were very badly treated by the men. Some were raped and beaten, and in one scene, one of the girls is thrown into a pit of hungry dogs.
So this super elite group of mercenaries (all of whom are really hot women) go in to take these guys out, which they do.
Right near the end, one of the women enters a building and finds the guy there who raped the one girl. He’s also really fat. She puts down her gun and unbuttons her blouse, showing him her breasts. He comes up and she puts her arms around him, and he says "You’re never gonna forget this". They are kissing and she also rubs his crotch. She then says, "and you’re never gonna forget this" and they resume kissing. She reaches behind her and pulls out a knife and drives it into his visibly aroused crotch. She twists the knife around too. He pulls away, grabbing himself, calling her a ***** and stuff. She then walks up to him and pushes him backwards into the pit of hungry dogs. You can’t see him being eaten but you can hear that is what happening.
She walks up to the edge of the pit and says with a smile "Gone already? I guess even they thought it was too small". She laughs and walks away, leaving the guy to get eaten.
They guy was a total bastard of course, but my friend thought this scene was funny as well as poetic justice.
Do you agree with her that it’s funny? If so, why?
Well, I don’t find it funny. Probably because I have a different sense of humor and it’s hard for me to find what happened to the man funny just because of what was going on before that.
Your friend is probably one of those people who laughs at violence, which there’s nothing wrong with that. If you didn’t think it was funny then that’s ok you guys just have different tastes in humor.
